I wish i could give no stars. There is zero customer loyalty with this company. After being with them all they do is increase the policy amount every year, and now it's gotten ridiculous. They've increased our car policy by 500!! Even though we have no motoring convictions or claims... the circumstances have only gotten better, yet somehow they've plucked this number out of thin air. It's a joke. Their customer service team (if you can ever get through) was also a massive waste of time.

Very unprofessional insurance company. I've been waiting for a replacement car for 8 days now. I've been on the phone for about 8-10 hours. This is a joke, not a professional company. I definitely do not recommend using their services. This is not the first time.

Terrible company, been trying to make contact regard to an incident. No response back - 45 mins wait time and agents just pass to different departments. Been cut off multiple times by them! Would recommend this company if you want peace of mind when trying to deal with an incident!

Made 2 claims both clearly non-fault with relevant evidence and witnesses. They have not resolved these for over 12 and 18 months and now show them as my fault to other providers! I am owed excess and cannot get a clear answer. Would not recommend to anybody!
