The staff were rude and clearly didnt want to be there. The breakfast was dry and horrible. It had been left under those heat lamps for far to long and the rooms were tired and unloved. WONT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN!!

Nearby activities: The pavilion swimming pool, Churchill theatre and the park were only 5minutes walk. The children absolutely loved it .
Safety: My family and I felt very safe throughout our stay. It really felt homely.
Thank you for all your support.
Walkability: Very close to the high street, shopping mall, trains and buses.
Food & drinks: The food was delicious and on time.
Noteworthy details: The staff are very kind, supportive, helpful and understanding. Absolutely amazing with children.
