Trying in vain to get an appointment to see a GP. I filled in the infernal e-consult form. After the deadline for a response arrived and passed, I received a Virgin Media style 'Do to a high volume of enquiries we can't get to you... don't reply to this email, as it is not monitored'. Unfortunately, I am not worried about my broadband, I'm worried about something rather more serious. Still, it is better than trying to call them and getting the rude receptionists after waiting for half an hour. This place was so good before the 'systems' took over. It is worse than hopeless now. Deeply buried behind the bureaucracy are a couple of decent doctors and nurses.

Improved a lot! Nice interior update and also it seems the past difficult receptionist has left and there is a better atmosphere for clients and staff overall. Thank you South View :)

The surgery have been fantastic with my son. I feel very reassured by the doctors and nurses at Southview and the receptionists are always quick to act on my sons behalf.

Gp's and nurses are lovely, competent and helpful. One particular receptionist is terribly rude and inefficient, so much that I will avoid at all cost visiting or book with the Bromley GP Alliance. She gave me a pep talk about patient confidentiality when collecting my husband's blood test form yet proceeded to ask what medications were on the prescription I was collecting for myself in front of other patients??? surely my address and date of birth would have been enough to check my identity??? 13/06/22 after 6pm

I have tried for the past two months to get an appointment to see my GP. It is important to be able to see your doctor when you need to but its been made very difficult. What makes it even more frustrating is I have some memory and concentration difficulties from a cardiac arrest I sustained in 2020 which has affected my brain I feel very frustrated with the reception team / the way the appointment system works. I was told in April to call in May but each time II called I had to wait for 3/4 people who were in line on the phone first waitin and its just not very practical. . The doctor I see is very good and the nurse too so nothing against the medical team.
