Myself and my daughter had the most ridiculous and mortifying experience at China Health. We should have realised that being asked to pay 100 upfront was a warning sign and should have walked away and attend a reputable centre instead. Having lived in London all my life, I was surprised to see that the receptionist was also my masseuse! Im sorry to say that she was really terrible. There was no absolute logic in her technique and it felt like she was mopping and dabbing one side of my shoulder throughout. I have had many massages before and this was definitely the worst. Most shockingly, I noticed that she was even watching her PHONE whilst she was working. No wonder she was only prodding one side of my shoulder as she was too focused watching the phone screen, which was resting on the side table next to me! Furthermore, she even picked up her phone midway then ran downstairs to attend another customer. I really could not believe it! This really was poor customer service and definitely not worth a penny of the 100 I paid for myself and my daughter. Disappointed and appalled, I asked her to stop and she suddenly swapped rooms with her colleague for the remaining 15mins of the supposedly one hour (which fell short due to her other engagements midway through). Understandably, when I asked for a refund, she became very aggressive and defensive and forced me to contact the owner. Totally shocked and disgruntled, I looked for an email or phone number to contact the owner, but none was to be found, which left me no option but to inform you of my concerns on here, as advised. It is fair to say that we are both appalled and upset by this whole experience and it is totally fair to request a refund. No customer ought to be treated in this respect and I wish I had checked the seemingly terrible reviews prior to attending! I have definitely wasted my money, time and dignity at this appalling dilapidated, smelly room. Unfortunately I feel that my concerns have not been acknowledged nor understood by the staff. Simply, if the receptionist could not achieve the required standard of a regular masseuse, it is not safe nor professional to be practicing on clients. If there is no one at the reception to replace her, she should not be accepting any more customers leaving the client unattended. One cannot be receptionist and masseuse at the same time and should definitely not be checking the cctv camera or watching a movie on her phone and taking up phone calls mid-treatment like she has done. As you can see, I do not need to explain to you that she has been unprofessional, disruptive and disrespectful to her customers. The owner of China Health, should be aware of the GDPR regulations regarding the use of CCTV cameras and disclosing personal information about their patients. I will be reporting this matter further as appropriate. Kindest regards,

Very traditional and professional massage. If you do like fantastic massage, rather than other sexual services, I would recommend here.
