        After being asked to wait for close to half an hour in a very small, cramped room, I was advised that she would have to leave my childs hair, whether finished or not, in the event her other booked client arrived. As a paying customer, this is unprofessional and unacceptable. If it is a requirement for clients to pre-book to use your services may I suggest you make that clear and do not ask people to wait. No one wants half a hairdo when it is not a free service!
