Appointment was made and prepaid via treat-well app. I arrived on time but they said that the appointment was overlapping with another customer and they can provide me with service in 2 hours. I have came from Mottingham to Bromley which is about 30 min drive and no services or refund was provided. I can only say that no respect for the client time Service: Hairstyling

I went there for colour correction and Gaynor ( I think it was her name) was empathetic, understanding and did an amazing job. More importantly she was warm, friendly and such a professional. I will 100% go back!
