Dona is the best hairdresser. Do not go anywhere else! She really listens and understands what you want and uses her knowledge to advise how best to achieve your desired look. I have not had the best experience with hairdressers in the past as they have always found my straight, thick, Chinese hair hard to cut and style. Dona did not have this problem and was able to give me a haircut which I loved and I left the salon for the first time as a happy customer! I have since recommended my sister to the Dona and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a great haircut/style etc! Services: Blowouts, Hairstyling

Rude; unprofessional; disrespectful; discriminatory. No touch of class whatsoever. Because I made a genuine mistake as to my appt time, 1.45 pm rather than 12.45 pm, she told me I had ruined her day. She does not appear to speak to her European clients in the same manner, greeting them by name. She ruined my haircut, which I am having to grow out. Telling blatant lies displays publicly the discrimatory lack of class and professionalism experienced.
