        Not perfect, but I dont think it deserves all the negativity. My experience has been a positive one - I worked with two people, and now Im in steady employment. Yes its a dreary building and yes, they probably have safeguarding policies about who can use the toilet, but its ok, by and large.

        Staff didnt help anything and give not information. I asked help and a some information for 4 month- nothing.

        They refuse toilet access to mother with baby, refuse access to sink with cold water to cool down milk for hungry, crying infant. Staff extremely rude and hostile (employee Suanita, refuse to respond to questions or provide information), late (after her lunch) for appointment but they demand you to come before booked time. Treating people who are already in difficult life situation without respect, taking away even their dignity.
