One of your surveyors attended my property today at 9am. The purpose of the visit was to compile a report in order to quote for restoration work for my flood damaged property. I'm afraid I only have the first name of the this Surveyor, Corey. Can I state how impressed I was with this young mans demeanor. He arrived precisely at 9am as arranged and called 30 minutes before hand. He was the third of 3 contractors to attend site to quote for the work and was the only one to observe covid protocols without prompting from me, as I am currently unvaccinated. This did not go unnoticed or unappreciated by me. He was the only one to take humidity readings, the other 2 assuming the humidity readings when signed off by the drying contractor 7 weeks ago are still relavent now. Ultimately the decision lays with the insurer but I have already written to Crawford's to ask what is the awarding criteria. I will be recommending PFG as my preferred choice and for Corry to lead the restoration.

We had an insurance claim recently at our property and our insurers sent Property Facilities Group to do the works. The office were incredibly helpful and polite and their workman did a fantastic job of repairing my home. I would thoroughly recommend.
