        Today I spoke to Reece from Forsters Financial. He was BEYOND EXCELLENT, TOTALLY BRILLIANT. I had two or three issues that for whatever reason had not been resolved by Foresters, however once I spoke to REECE, he got everything sorted for me in a few short moments. He takes the phrase "polite and highly efficient" to a higher level. If he is not running the department then he should be!!!! then he should be!!!

        My financial advisor Nicola is brilliant , I can trust her impeccably with my financial affairs , she is always smiling and can have that jovial small talk, but at the same time she can be professional..that what I like 5 service I couldnt ask for better .

        Terrible customer service - tried calling the customer service number on multiple occasions and it rings and rings and then is answered with "I'm sorry there is no one to answer your call" and then just hangs up on you!!
