I have been a patient with Dysart Surgery for around 10 years now. I am really happy with the level of service I receive, receptionists are always lovely, my Dr listens to me and has made me feel that I can trust in the care that I have been given.

Very good GP surgery. Positive experience with all of the doctors I have come in to contact with. E consult system works very well so appointments can be given at appropriate times according to the clinical need/urgency. Can often get appointments within a couple of days if clinically indicated. Prescriptions always issued in a timely manner. Bloods system works well.

Booked me in for an appointment with someone who was on annual leave. Bet they were having a giggle over that while I waited half an hour like a mug. Dont trust this surgery.

Repeat prescriptions must be bread and butter for a doctors surgery... So why when a prescription request is via a pharmacy would you expect a 90 year old to collect it the surgery... Its taken 11 days, many phone calls to the surgery and wasted visits to the pharmacy to sort this out. No apologies from the staff, in fact the response was unsympathetic boarding on rude.
