Will not be shopping here again. I could not believe the completely unacceptable, appalling service from Aida!! She was rude from the minute I walked into the store. Initially she agreed to do my refund of a faulty item and then when she saw me she changed her mind and refused. I had my receipt and it was within the days for refund / exchange . She made me call customer service and when they told her to refund the faulty item she still declined. On top of this she told me to get up when I sat down to talk to customer services. She was very unprofessional and needs a lot of training. She showed the whole store what I was returning and asked them what do you think, is it faulty or not!!! How unprofessional is that? She has completely bought down the reputation of the store and needs customer service training and needs to learn basic communication skills. I do believe she needs a lot of training with regards to diversity and equality.

Always very beautiful and the staff friendly and professional. Doesn't get 5 stars as it's overpriced in my opinion

Rude management and beyond poor customer service - Aida the manager specifically, I just hope shes given more training as she doesnt have the competency to be a manager which is a shame as the rest of the staff are friendly, approachable, respectful and polite, it brings down the reputation of the store which again is a shame. Ive noticed that the quality of products have also gone down recently.
