        We returned an unopened Garmin watch, still in the manufacturer's box. At Argos Penge, they tried to scratch off the intact stickers but would not let me take a picture of the unopened box. When I objected they said only the manager could refund items over 100 and he wouldn't be back till after 2pm! At Argos Bromley, the manager, saw the box hadn't been opened, cut the stickers, and immediately refunded the money. Why didn't Penge look at the receipt and tell us straight away that only the manager could refund that amount. Why damage an unopened box?

        They are doing a mockery of the customer there. Worst customer service. If you need information on something please make sure that you ask several people. The most probably they will provide you the wrong information.
