Morning Emma, Just a thank you to the Shortlands Dental Surgery for being so professional. Yourself on the front line have always given us your 100% service with a smile. Always polite and ready to help. Chris and I thank you and keep up the good work. Could you please pass this onto Rose and her assistant. I would like to thank Rose for the work she did on my tooth yesterday, which feels really fantastic like new again and her gentle manner. My partner has just received a phone call stating that the dentist here is refusing to see him, under the guise that he had missed an appointment due to a family bereavement, they are completely unprofessional and I would recommend you don't touch this place with a 10 foot bargepole and they definitely need a new dentist working there, the current one needs to be retrained in the art of customer service

The dentist here missed a dental abscess that i had during a routine check up. When i pointed out that i suspected it was an abscess she just kind of shrugged and took no action on it.

All the staff are very kind, and Rose the dentist makes you feel very at ease and will make sure the procedure is as painless as possible, couldn't thank them all enough!

The worst dentist my wife went to unprofessional and rude dr. I would not recommend anyone here my wife left crying from there.
