        Simon & his colleague were very gracious and helped me through the process of reserving my order online (because the rate was much better) & thereafter for collection at my closest branch. The process was smooth and swift. They have the best rate for the currency & customer services is " alive" and "well" NOT dead & buried in most places! Thank you,Simon
