Terrible experience, all tills removed for self scan, particularly unhelpful ignorant staff. Thats if youre luck enough to stumble across a staff member. Awful experience!

I would like to express how deeply upset I am and how I have been treated at this store. I was racially and verbally abused by a member of staff in the food court in front of my daughter. I have reported this incident to numerous Managers and the customer service representatives and I am still waiting for a response 2 days later. Appalling and shocking customer service received from this well established company.

Had a jacket potato abd was only cooked one side..when we told the girl she took it away ..no more was said..not the customer service I was expecting

The last time I will be shopping in store in Bromley...if they cant afford to have real people on the tills, I can't afford the hassle and cost of parking and the lack of service...farewell M and S...I now look forward to your exit from the High St, altogether....
