The Co-operative Food

They only get 1 star because I couldn't give less. I think it is quite obvious that they run this shop to suit themselves rather than the customer. Can't remember the last time it was open after 9pm. Seems to be temporarily closed now. Don't think it will reopen. No loss. Good idea but then just went wrong. Poor management

Customer service non existent. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff almost intimidating at times. Seems to open late and close early. Not what I remembered the Co-op to be like. Card only payment, refused to take cash and self serve only. Prices are a joke. Worth walking 2 minutes down the road to the Costcutter.

Limited stock, twice now I have arrived half an hour before closing to find the store already locked up for the night.

This store advertises closes at 10pm but in fact the staff close this shop much earlier 9.30 or before, every time Ive rushed to get their by 9.45pm there are closed. Staff are not friendly at all. The store needs a reshuffle new staff and to stay open until 10pm.
