Should have obviously read some of these reviews before I engaged Peter. Quite a traumatising experience to myself and my family. I would not recommend Thoughtful Builders or Peter Petrov in any manner. Please be cautious. (Edit: yes it is a new account because I did not have a gmail account to leave a review. Well we all were surprised by the current situation we are in. COVID-19 has caused, so many complications and we had to stop working while all of these ends. Despite all of the difficulties with closed suppliers, delivery delays we had our big and lovely extension including entire house renovation completed by Thoughtful Builders amazing team. Luckily, we own flat we could stay during these unprecedented times. Peter kept us in constant loop with the progress and we have been able to have life streams with Zoom while he was onsite. Very happy with the adoption of the latest technology. We would like to thank the team who was able to work and complete the job despite all this. THANK YOU!

Our house revamp is almost done and we are, so exited to move back, there is so much dust everywhere though. We are very happy with the services from our Building company. It was little hard to make the lip as after meeting many great builders we had fears of choosing the right building company. We have decided to go with Thoughtful Builders as their approach was the most transparent and they have added many new ideas, which saved us some cash. We have 26 pages of detailed quote, which non of the other builders put any effort to do, most of them actually quoted over text messages! It is more than 100k project, how can anybody quote over text message! Peter is always very responsive, extremely professional and upfront with everything. We had only two changes of specifications, which did not reflect the cost as the items were almost with identical cost! Would we recommend them, we recommend to get in contact with the company and then make your decision! Very pleased and we love the name Thoughful Builders it matches their approach
