        My Windows laptop stopped working and approached Farid to fix the same. He is very knowledgeable and gave me upfront the possible solutions and options to fix. Once diagnosed, he suggested hardware options, cost and data that resided in my old drive to transfer. Never rushed but did work in quick time. Quite impressed with his knowledge and good behaviour. Thanks Farid.

        I read the reviews on PCHOME, and went over to get my laptop fixed. I wasn't disappointed with the welcome & interaction Farid He is also a very empathetic person. I explained the situation and he gave me options and a price. So there was no nasty surprise at the end. After checking out the unit, it turns out it was something that was even cheaper than what was 1st thought. Highly recommend
