I have asked for an iced pistachio and caramel drink, I specified that needs to be decaf and with soya milk , I have got a regular hot latte instead.
When I said I wanted to have the iced drink , the girl at the counter was annoyed and unhappy with my request
She gave me the iced drink, but this was not as requested , decaf with soy milk .
I can not have any drinks with caffeine due to health issues and I still got that
I need to mention that it was not busy at the time I went into this shop
I would never recommend this place
