Buton Limited

We hired Buton for after builders clean. Communication initially was good, slow but everything was clear. However the clean was a very low standard. I would not hire for domestic clean after seeing their limited capabilities and resources. We had to hire another clean company after them which did a great job. When I called the office mid clean to explain the issues, they did not offer any resolution, help, support, suggestions. Very uninterested on the phone and only wanted to get paid. I judge a company on how they handle when things go wrong and after this experience I would not recommend Buton. Extremely disappointed. Service: Deep clean

I used Buton recently for an end of tenancy clean. They did an amazing job. My landlord and estate agent were both really impressed, considering how long I'd lived in the flat! The cleaners were on time, professional, respectful of the property and nothing was a problem. I will definitely use them again! Service: Moving-related cleaning

What a fabulous customer service. Only small issue is the language barrier, but it could be my age and demanding nature. Very happy customer for almost 2 years now. Thank you Buton!

We have been looking for good cleaners for some time. While we were unsure if we have made the right choice as limited information about Buton Limited at the time, we decided to try them out. Very reserved due to our bad experiences in the past, we must say surprisingly happy and 3 years on, we use their services for our house, our parents house and our offices. They have grown little bit to fast, but we see very good improvement of their customer service. We hope they will keep improving as really hard to trust cleaners these days!
