I was told I needed a chiropractor by friends so I started searching. I couldn't recommend Elizabeth more highly. I've only been going for a few months and I can already feel such a difference. And she's so lovely and friendly. Don't waste time looking anywhere else. Go and see Elizabeth. You won't be disappointed.

I started seeing Beth when I was pregnant with my second child. Having had issues with my lower back most of my life I had found my first pregnancy and birth really hard on my back and had also suffered a slipped disc 6 months later. I really wanted my second pregnancy and birth to be a better experience and Beth was absolutely fantastic. I had few problems the second time round and the birth process was much less stressful on my back and therefore contributed to a much more positive birth experience. I have continued to see beth since as I found I started to experience a lot of upper back and neck problems constantly hunching over to breastfeed and again the manipulations really made a massive difference to my sense of well-being. I even took my newborn son to her when I found out he was tongue tied and therefore very tight around his shoulders and neck. I trust beth's professional judgement 100%, have always found her to really knowledgeable and personable. highly recommend.
