Lola's Cupcakes Bromley

This is how staff at Bromley glades treat young black customers getting cupcakes from the stall!!!! The cupcake was placed upside down for the second time!!!! The same woman my daughter was left in tears yet again due to her disgusting behavior!! My daughter woke up this morning still upset and traumatised at the treatment we received! This is the second time the same member of staff done this to us! Its completely unacceptable that you would want to upset a child!

I always had great experiences when visited Lolas Cupcakes Bromley. Especially when this lady in the picture down below Customer service is she even introduced me to new flavours cupcakes etc soo this Lady simply have great personality for business and thats PERIODSo cupcakes cheers to Lola with the amazingly delicious cupcakesx Marsha

I came to get myself a birthday cake, the cake Itself was nice, really nice a red velvet. I have some issues; 1. they don't have enough variety in size and flavours of cakes. 2. They don't take cash. 3. I asked if they have plain cake without writing so I can tell her what to write on it, she said they don't do that.

Vile cupcakes. Spent 14+ on four cupcakes, all to be covered in minute black hairs. If it wasn't for noticing the long black hair on one, I wouldn't have checked the others with my flashlight. And to think people are consuming these. Check your icing with a torch before you bite into it!!!
