        Went into Over The Moon today, feeling like Ive been robbed! Got a sausage and bacon ciabatta with brown sauce. Sausages were left whole, no brown sauce. While I was there saw them use the same tongs that they picked up ham with, to pick up cheese (dont go there if youre a veggie). Used to be an amazing place for a bit of grub but this is diabolical. Food tastes rank, wont be going in there again. The new management just arent the same, its a shame.

        Used to be a great place to get food especially a good sandwich. Today I was left so disappointed 6 and I got 1 Slice of ham and cheese. Selection has dropped massively since it got taken over

        Bought their signature melt only to find a long blond hair halfway through my meal very awful lunch experience, cashier wasn't so receptive not even an apology, when I tried to explain what happened. I've asked them as well why not wear hair nets to prevent this from happening in the future as best practice for hygiene (note McDonalds and most other high street employees do....I felt I was being brush off as a customer and ignored. Will not buy another lunch from Over The Moon as a result.
