        Excellent service & didn't wait long at all! Jack, who served us, had brilliant customer service skills, friendly & so patient, & explained everything clearly & we left feeling happy! Nice interior design too! Felt like a trendy coffee shop!

        We'd been having issues opening an account and popped in to finish it up. Despite being strangely difficult, everyone at nationwide - on the phone, in the branch - has been incredibly friendly, helpful and persistent in solving our problems. The team in the branch actually managed to get us over the line - thank you!
