I had a great experience here. Walking past the shop looks slick and attractive, and it's full of shiny new bikes from great brands. I had a little bit of apprehension taking in my old steel frame bike, which had the rear derailleur fail mid ride. The service here was quick, honest and really friendly. The derailleur was fixed, and the only new part needed was cables. Other bits and pieces were tightened up. I had a service from a different bike shop (Seabass, Peckham) only about a month prior, and riding away from the shop today, the whole bike feels in way better nick. Clearly really knowledgeable people here and well equipped to deal with whatever sort of bike you throw at them.
