Seriously unprofessional calling us the morning of the fitting, just to tell us its going to be the following day. (Arranged carpet fitters, day off work etc..)
Such a disappointment and will not use again.

Worst experience with Sharps, never use them. We ordered an office room fit out and wardrobes for 3 bedrooms. Each time an installation job was booked in, it was delayed. First installer did a rush job, susbsequent installers didnt turn up, or were not briefed on the requirements. There were several cancellations and uncoordinated delivery of materials. Original estimate for 10 days effort took 10 months and there are still outstanding installation issues.
Despite being patient and providing access for multiple remediation attempts to take place, Sharps took for granted our flexibility and goodwill. They are not good for any kind of managed installation, quality of work was very poor eg wrong colour panels, wrong design, shelves not evenly spaced out, shoddy finishing. Installation managers appeared on site attempting to fix things, however only made promises they couldnt follow up on.
We will never use big brands again. A smaller company would have done a much better job than this. Waste of time dealing with this company, they cannot be trusted.
