        Ive been a customer since the pandemic first come about and today was the only time I had a bad experience. The young lady did a rubbish job. Waxing is meant to get rid of all the hairs in this case there is still plenty of hair left on my eyebrow. The tinting process was also rushed! Never had a bad experience but my god I sure had one today. I am in the process of asking for a refund as it cost me 18 what a waste. Service: Waxing
