We have used Tony's services three times now (twice for oven repair and once for refrigerator). He is very knowledgeable, professional, friendly, efficient and transparent (others are often too quick to charge for parts or services you don't actually need). Tony was soo helpful over the phone before the visit and told me a few tricks that may help me to get the washer dryer working again before I paid for a call out. Sadly we did need his expertise and we are glad he arrived. He found the faults and gave us excellent advice and even gave us details of a company that could help supply a new machine Service: Washer/dryer repair

Our 5yr old Siemens oven stopped working just into the new year, quick search on google for kitchen appliances repairs and found Tony. Rang him and he came out the next day, diagnosed heating element had packed in. Ordered part which not his fault took nearly 2.5 weeks to come in. He came back fitted element and oven back working. He pricing was as he said and none of this oooh maybe its this or that and price may vary. He was courteous and clean, cant fault him
