Getting better. New sauna was a great improvement, but that leak took too long to get sorted and now the timber is damaged and the clock has disappeared, it was fixed with two nails...

Love this place! So relaxing with great staff, always attentive, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Sam in the spa was just fabulous! Can't recommend this place enough.

I used to come here quite often with my husband and loved it but its gone down hill massively we pulled up to it the other day and saw young man who we believe to be working there vaping and spitting on the floor with black hoodie on that said hoodrich he was also on the phone aggressively swearing now this was lovely place at one point but this state made us turn straight back round I didnt know they started hiring roadmen thugs at such a lovely hotel its just a shame for the hotel I wont be returning until I know its back to the nice, great, friendly and presentable staff.

Been a couple of times now, it can be quite busy, however the spa is so nice and so extensive ... we still haven't managed to try everything available!! Really beautiful to sit out and relax in the jacuzzi's outside. Just lovely.
