My cat kept making a snoring like sound with his breathing. At his appointment the staff were wonderful. The reception staff were very reassuring and understanding. Patrick told me that it was caused by the shape of my cats cats face. A specialist performed a minor operation on Popcorn the following Monday. The operation was a complete success. Popcorn's insurance paid for everything.. and the staff were kind and filled in the insurance claim form. Also they sent to my phon a picture of Popcorn being stroked and cuddled.

Vet was great. Reception was awful. Ran in with an emergency needing attention. Was asked 3 times if I had made an appointment. 3 times explained this was an emergency. Got told without an appointment there might not be a vet to assist me. Emergency is what it says an emergency. I don't make appointments in case I have one.
