        I phoned Dave to discuss him coming to fix a problem with my TV. It was a mechanical issue with a mounting point for a wall bracket, and whilst he would have been able to come over the same evening, he asked me details about the problem, and then talked me through how I might be able to fix it myself. Which I then did, successfully. It's so refreshing to find someone taking the time and trouble to help someone out for no financial reward, thanks Dave

        I did not realise tv repair men still existed, but they do in the shape of Dave. I could not fault him, he even brought the TV back and set it up after. Same day service.
