Not a good experience from the get go. Booked me in 1 week later, no confirmation email or text. Called on the day as nobody answered any calls the day before (tried 5 times). Found out the car I wanted to test drive isnt there. That was nice. Got there, waited some time to be seen (well after the appointment time). Got told they will send a quote and price match, no quote. Chased. No quote. Good times. Thanks.

After initially looking at a Seat Ibiza with Usman (who was very helpful, friendly and patient throughout), we instead selected a 2019 Vauxhall Corsa to replace my wifes 2014 version. On agreeing on a part exchange valuation, he then arranged and kindly took us for a test drive around a quiet housing estate, where she could try it out. On returning, he then slowly went through all the Warranty/Gap/paint/key insurance options available to us, as well as explaining and then sending online documentation. We are very pleased with our new purchase and impressed with how quick the process was. Thank you Usman and W J King.
