    Regency took over management of my building from First Port. They have put a lock on the communal bin store and haven't told anyone the code. I have left voicemail messages as they never answer the phone but no one gets back to me. I've sent an email this morning. There was no notification that a lock was going to be put on. I've been keeping my bins in the flat because I can't put them out and it's really starting to stink. If I just dump them out the front of the building I'm sure they will fine me. My intercom doesn't work either and can't get hold of anyone to deal with that. Hate these guys so much, worse than useless and the bill I just paid was extortionate - nearly 1k for 6 months. So angry.

    I would vote 0 if I could. Very quick to charge and raise fees, but impossible to get hold on the phone and ignore all the emails. As you can see from the other reviews, they have been unprofessional and not reliable for years.

    Hi these people are very helpful, should, you be a freeholder or property, requiring their services to manage a leasehold portfolio. However , when it comes to leaseholders themselves, we pay the service charges, for nothing, , we were promised interior decoration in the communal area of our block,, new carpets in the communal area staircase, our current carpets are filthy , torn , stained, smelly, loose , and a total trip hazard, , we were promised external. decoration to the block, thus never happened, this was deposed to be paid for by the sinking funds from the agency, the clarning of the communal areas is non existent, the cleaners never have kegs, do they just ring every bell ion the communal door, to gain entry, also last week, 2 really dodgy guys requested entry to the block, saying they were electeicians come to check the communal electricity supply, these guys had NO IRNTIFICATION, NO TOOLS , AND NO OFFICIAL VAN OR COMPANY NAMD, OR EVEN A PRINT OUT DESCRIBING THAT THEY HAD COME TO DO THIS. I refused them entry, told them that because I had NOT been informed of thier visit , I cannot take the risk of letting them into the block, in case of burglary to occupantsroperties and risk to myself, also told them to acquire keys from yourselves if they are genuine, also I am diabetic, my insulin is kept in the fridge, that must NEVER EVER HAVE THE SUPPLY SWITCHED OFF , as the insulin I need to keep me alive would quickly decay and be useless, I have not received any annusl accounts,or minutes of a recent residents meeting which I was unable to attend in person,due to work commitments, they are accountable to no one , there is no body that regulates these people, nothing like ofgrm etc you can complain to. If you don't pay up, they will.very quickly send the bailiffs in. Rubbish company

    Very difficult to get hold of anyone, phone just rings through most afternoons. Evasive when it comes to ongoing issues, chances are you will spend half your life chasing Regency for any crumb of information, even when it comes to serious matters. For the annual fee charged I would expect a better service.
