I hardly write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my first time experience using Chapman Piano Service. My piano had an stuck hammer and needed a tuner ASAP. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a tuner who was willing to come at such short notice. Luckily, I found Chapman Piano Service on Google Map and gave them a call. Doug booked me in and within 48 hrs, did a fantastic job in tuning and resolved the issues with the hammers not returning quickly. Doug was very knowledgeable, politeand professional. Communication was great, I was kept informed the time he would arrive on the day of the service. Besides from the issue mentioned above, Doug also tweaked the foot pedals which were never serviced by other tuners. Overall delighted how the piano now sounds and plays. I highly recommend Doug for your piano needs.

Doug came to do a full service on my Grotrian Steinweg and did a phenomenal job. He ensured I had everything to my preference from the voicing to the regulation of the action. The attention to detail is second to none, feels like I've got a brand new piano. Pleasure to deal with, an absolute gent, can't recommend him enough!
