My phone suddenly would not switch on or recharge. I took it in on the off chance they could have not been more helpful. They fixed it in a matter of minutes and did not charge. Excellent company. Extremely warm and engaging staff who could not have been more helpful. Thoroughly recommend them.

I've been using Foxfones for several years now and each and every time the service has been great. Last week, I took in an iPad that had a faulty headphone jack. I was informed it would take a few days as the part was not in stock. I was also warned that there was a risk that I'd need a new screen too, as it could crack when heated to remove it due to scratches on the surface. All was agreed and I left it with them. Later that afternoon, I got a text to tell me they found a part in stock and had replaced the headphone jack. And, great news, no damage done to the screen! Now, it would have been easy to put a new screen on and charge me for that as well - but they didn't. That highlights their trustworthiness and commitment to the customer. Of course, I'm delighted (again) and continue to recommend them to any friends that need help with their mobile technology. Well done and thank you again Foxfones!

Really good service went in thinking I needed to change my charging port. They cleaned the port and got it working for me free of charge and saved me money in not replacing it.

These guys are amazing.Really helpful and honest. I phoned up in a panic,phoned not charging. They said bring it down to let them have a look.,as I'd tried all the usual things to fix it.They had a look and there was a small object stuck inside the port that I couldn't see.They removed it and it was fixed. They wouldn't charge me as it was 2min job when u asked qhat I owed.!! Amazing can't thank them enough. So I thoroughly recommend them , I won't go to anyone else !!!
