I have been having trouble with my computer for ages but didn't have time to take it anywhere and was also worried about costs. I called Chris in the morning and by the evening ( I stayed in the comfort of my own home no travelling anywhere with computer) all my IT problems had vanished!! I was in a panic. It was 9 am on a Saturday morning. I had turned my computer on and I couldn't get past the logon screen. I rang Chris at Quarm and he successfully talked me through what I needed to do to give him remote access to my computer. He was then able to smoothly and swiftly sort the problem out for me.
