I began renting a property from Parker Scott 13 months ago. We were lied to about multiple things including a parking space which is non-existant and a "quiet" area although it feels like we live in a school playground. Called the agency to ask for advice regarding a heating issue and were told to just "buy a heater if you're that cold" Esther is very patronising and has no time to help her customers. Will not be using Parker Scott again. 1 star is too much.

Esther, Stephen and the lettings team are clearly experts in their field. Always professional, approachable and willing to help and advise. I have been very happily letting my property through them for the past 10 years without incident. They know the area and market conditions extremely well and the wealth of knowledge and experience within the team makes this agency the one to beat amongst all others. Highly recommended.

The best decision we made when putting our house up for sale in March 2021 was choosing Parker Scott as our estate agent. Throughout the whole process, Esther went above and beyond our expectations in the level of support and guidance she provided, and we honestly believe that without her experience and expertise, our sale would not have gone through. We had several issues that came up that were outside our control and that caused delays in the progression of the chain, and the pressure everyone felt from the stamp duty deadline worsened the situation considerably. Esther kept us fully informed at every stage and responded to every email and message we left promptly with invaluable advice and reassurance. She was proactive in contacting other parties in the chain, chasing actions when necessary and ensuring that each setback was dealt with effectively and the sale was able to progress. We were delighted with the service Scott Parker provided, from advice on achieving the best selling price, high quality photographs on their website, support in securing the best possible offer and then dedication in ensuring that the sale completed successfully, within a very tight deadline. We are not planning to move again for some time, but if we do, we would not consider using any other agent than Parker Scott. Thank you Esther!

I have been renting properties with Esther and the team of Parker Scott since 2015. My experience has been nothing short of professional and satisfying from the beginning. My family and I are entering our 3rd year at our 3rd property through them and the smoothness of transfers, processes and communication has never been an issue. Any problems we've had at the properties had been dealt with to the best of their abilities, dependent on our Landlords - I can easily say this due to the quickness of things being resolved. In a nutshell, I cannot fault them with anything really... we get and are still today getting the service we expect and deserve as paying tenants. I would personally recommend doing business with them - 3 properties spanning across 5 to 6 years alone speaks volumes. Thank you Esther and the team at Parker Scott
