These guys are really, really excellent. Doug and Cam were recommended to us and we're really glad we got them in. Our bathroom was an empty shell that had just been plastered. They reworked the pipework in the floor for the new locations of bathroom furniture, as well as from our hot-water cylinder next to the bathroom. I was really surprised how clean and neat their pipework is - you'd hope that all plumbers worked like this but I've never actually seen pipework this good anywhere. They finished the bathroom including bath and shower installation, toilet, sink and vanity unit and tower rail whilst tidying up the pipework and properly plumbing our power shower. It looked (and still looks) excellent and we've not had a single problem with it (around 2.5 years and counting). The high quality of their work is without doubt so when we were building our extension they were the only candidates for the plumbing work. This time around they worked with our builder, which went smoothly. They fitted a new boiler, hot water cylinder and re-used our existing Nest thermostat, installed all of the pipework for the new ground-floor rooms and radiators, removed the old cylinder and attic water tank and reworked the 1st floor pipes where necessary for the new layout, then created and fitted a new bathroom as planned on the ground floor. As before, the quality of their work was excellent, I cannot recommend them enough. Our house is now warmer than it has ever been and heats up quickly and due to the reworking of the pipes, uniformly warm without any cold rooms or radiators. The water pressure in our (now) 3 bathrooms is also great and it's no issue at all to have two people showering whilst someone flushes the toilet and someone else uses the taps in the kitchen - no loss of pressure. So their work has made a great difference to us. I really didn't think plumbers got as good as this. Doug and Cam are true legends .When choosing someone to refurb a bathroom you never really know that youve made the right choice. From the moment I met these guys I felt 100% confident that they would deliver. Their, professionalism, knowledge, high standards and eye for detail are second to none - Nothing was a problem for them. Every day they arrived on time and you could set your watch by them! At the end of the day, they would spend time hovering and cleaning, so by the time they left you wouldnt even know the had been there. Doug would update me at the end of each day and I felt so confident of their work that I even left them to it while I went on holiday. Just one negative point - they will drink all your tea and eat all your Percy pigs! I wouldnt hesitate in recommending them or using them again. Thanks Boys for a great bathroom! Excellent experience with Doug and his team (Cam and Molly!). Doug installed a new boiler for us in a new location. This was a complex job. Several other plumbers had balked. It was either too much effort or they knew they didn't have the skills but Doug delivered it expertly (the pipework is like a piece of art), no fuss, on time and for a good price.
