Had therapy for 6 months last year, and 1 session with David made my mindset shift more than therapy ever did. The way he makes you think and articulate yourself, all while making you feel safe is amazing. I had reiki, and after the 2 day purge I felt more myself again, and I feel able to look at life from a different perspective. Bring on more sessions

Ive had numerous reiki sessions and 1-1 therapy sessions with Lauren and David over the past year and a half. They are both incredible people, incredibly gifted and provide the most incredible service. I highly recommend them both.

Amazing!!! Reiki is an art form that these two have mastered and Laurens an excellent reiki teacher and Davids meditation courses are unreal. David and Lauren are a real force of nature their ability to help their clients to understand where issues may lay and to show how to start the healing process is second to none. Wonderful kind and caring humans. You really wont find a better than these two. 5 star rating isnt even half of what they deserve.

Being able to have one-on-one reiki sessions at the home of self transformation is just beyond incredible. Even on the drive to the house through the country lane is relaxing. After a brief check-in to discuss my aims for the session, Lauren then will set the space with clearing negative energy & the cleansing scents and soothing sounds are just beautiful. Once you are in a comfortable position on the therapy bed, the session commences with a guided meditation & breathing exercises. When I have In-person Reiki sessions they are accompanied by intuitive hand placements either on or just above the body. Upon finishing, Lauren then will guide your awareness back to the present, where she will share closing reflections of any insights and sensations that arose during the session. And follow on advice. I left feeling lighter, brighter & more clearer about certain situations in my life. Dont hesitate to have a look at at the guys new website.
