Miles and his team were excellent from start to finish. They were highly professional, organised, tidy and kept to timings like clockwork. Communication was excellent as was their problem solving approach. They provided helpful advice and guidance throughout the entire process. They were fantastic in helping to rectify a botch decking job from another company as well as bringing my garden landscaping design to fruition. My garden looks brilliant (as does my decking) and everyone else thinks so too! I would certainly use them again, without hesitation, and highly recommend them. I am very, very happy. Thanks again! We used Keston Landscapes a year ago to convert our absolute embarrassment of a front garden into a paved area. We couldn't have a driveway due to restrictions but we also aren't very green fingered so didn't want anything requiring planting. Miles and Simon understood the brief straight away and gave us a quote there and then which we appreciated. Previous landscapers had advised us that we couldn't have a flat path to the front step and that it would take weeks to complete. Miles' team got the whole job done in 5/6 days and were able to give us exactly what we wanted. A low maintenance front garden that looks very smart and is a HUGE improvement on the wreckage that was there before. Now I'm proud when people come to my house instead of highly embarrassed. Yes we paid more than we were expecting but for the vision, the hard work that took place in a short space of time it was most certainly worth it. Thank you Miles, Simon and team. Update: I am sad to update the review. They failed to honour the promise of guarantee of their work. They didn't fix my brick fence which was broken immediately afterwords. I have been patiently following up in vain. Disappointed by the attitude after the money changed hands. Also they poured concrete in my flowerbeds which became a problem when planting new flowers, something they should have known and be careful about. I hired Keston Landscapes to convert my front lawn into driveway. I found their quote very competitive and I am impressed with the speed they finished the work. Miles and his team is very hardworking and they finished the work while working tirelessly under bad weather. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them for future work.
