Southborough Lane Surgery

I am actually leaving a review for the lovely helpful receptionist Shelene, having called three times over two days trying to get an appointment for my 84 year old mother and speaking to a abrupt and dismissive receptionist (who will remain nameless) i was lucky to speak to shelene who, although was unable to offer me an appointment actually took time to listen to my concerns and made a concerted effort to be helpful and that was so appriciated. To be told to keep calling back or to take mum to A&E is the resaon why NHS A&E has a huge back up....Once again thanks you Shelene for getting mum sorted. It would have been 5 starts for her but took one star off for the other receptionist and the appointment process for elderly people..

Wonderfull phone service why bother! Very poor but when you go in person its full of staff just milling about. You get better service from Uber. The web sites even worse

If I could choose zero stars I would!! After spending nearly 2 hours on hold waiting to get through to the doctor for my mum and told you are caller number one to be cut off is disgraceful. How is this doctors surgery able to remain operating? I will be recommended my parents transfer ASAP!!

So saddened to be greeted with no mask, no entry, sign in October 2022. Where is the evidenced base practice to support this? Staff still behind plastic screens to protect from a virus! Its creating unnecessary fear. If you believe in the vaccine, and most of the population have been vaccinated, why are you still insisting on masks and social distancing. Utterly ridiculous.
