Tesco Express

Tesco on Violet Road E14. The staff are stupid backwards and useless. This store is shoplifters paradise. Thieves going in this store regularly and blatantly steal the alcohol from the alcohol section. There is hindered disability access. The staff are not helpful. The staff are always swapping the products to and thro different shelves and Isles. No consistency. Most of the time the staff forget to order popular food items. When they do there is no substitute. They just forget completely. They always open late and close early. The Costa Coffee Machine is never working. Altogether the staff are always incompetent ignorant and very rude. Need more diversity and staff overhaul. Try get some black and white people and people from other backgrounds working there that represent the customers base. Balance is essential for a good work force. Tesco's is not a small family buisness. Or a corner shop.

I was just made to stand and wait while the security guard gets all his perks for the day scanned by a one of the female member of staff after she told me the till was closed then the security guard sees a lady he knows so let's her go infront of me firstly what is the security doing at the front of the store near the till as who will be stop thieves and two time and place to take your perks I'm sure it was salmon and stuff i wonder why i can never find stuff in this tesco it's a joke in there needs to be checked up on by the big bosses especially the cctv you might actually catch the staff doing stuff instead of having the worse reviews going

One of the worst now as they are very careless when it comes to stealing items. The staff are in with the local theives as they blaitantly allow them to steal goods. Security gurad is not bothered as phones are more important to them like the store staffs.

Terrible store, the management changed not long time ago and everything went worse! now you cant find most of the products, shelves are empty at any time of the day. Some staff ( I believe he is a manager) told me that they dont put products on the shelves just because of thieves what kind of management is that????
