Shirley is an amazing personal trainer. She works with you at your pace and makes sure you do what you enjoy as well as what challenges you. I came to Shirley not to lose weight but to feel strong and connected with my body again. She accommodated my goals and needs without issue or judgment. Shes also extremely competent when it comes to things like making sure I dont exacerbate existing injuries and instead modifies exercises until I am strong enough to do them. This is always without judgment and I trust what she tells me to do because of the results I see. I think the way Shirley approaches training means that youre more likely to stick with it because you come to look forward to it. As well as working out, we have really good chats about life and womanhood. I value the way she talks about working out and how its a key part of building good mental health, as well as physical health. I would absolutely recommend Shirley for anyone trying to find a way to enjoy exercising.

Shirley is an outstanding trainer! She pushed me beyond my limits, getting me to exceed the weight I was used to lift, raise my number of push ups, redefine my diet and trying new techniques. I am feeling a lot stronger, leaner and happy with myself - as well as ready to run my next marathon.

Am incredibly grateful for Shirleys support and guidance in making me feel at ease in a gym environment and teaching me so much about how to get the best from a workout. She understood my goals even though I wasnt particularly articulate with what I wanted to achieve. She was well organised and flexible too. The studio was always warm and welcoming with good music!! Money well spent

I have been developing my fitness with Shirley for more than 5 years now. She is very professional, listens to what you want to achieve and tailors programs accordingly. She is does not hesitate to give you the right pep talk as well when needed to keep you on track and honest with your objectives. Constantly looking to innovate for her clients, providing the best environment and working very flexibly with all type of schedules. Would not change and would certainly recommend if you want to make a change and get the best support for it.
