I have adopted a new lifestyle with training at the centre of my rituals and it has given me structure to my day/week allowing me the opportunity to be consistent with my training and to quite frankly, enjoy it !
Corinne tailors my sessions to my goals and abilities and is very clear and concise with her instruction. She always goes over and beyond to ensure I really understand what we are doing and more importantly why with just as much value placed on how I feel as opposed to solely how I look. Not only am I getting a personal training session, but I am getting more advanced with my understanding of my body and mind, my core and how to navigate life using the teachings from our sessions.
Plus, I have never looked so good! I am strong and healthy. I have more energy, more focus, and more drive. I use our weekly sessions to recharge - ironically. Its like my HQ where I go to receive more juicy knowledge, which I stock up on and use as my pivotal thought for the week. I know working with Corinne sounds like a no brainer - and thats because it is. Really is that simple.
Corinne is a very caring and thought provoking individual, who encourages me, challenges me all the while making my laugh and helping me to be lighter in my approach to difficult tasks. I actually breathe so much better now! I couldnt see myself training with anyone else !

How did this happen? I came across pathway2fit earlier this year and the short online class lengths on offer (20-30 minutes) are perfect for me - really easy to fit in during a lunch break or quickly before or after work. While I am probably one of the least fit people in the group classes, Corinne and her team create a positive atmosphere and I am never left to feel like I am behind or not good enough, which is something I had felt in the equivalent gym-based classes I had tried in the past. Corinne handles the mixed level of ability in class attendees incredibly well, accommodating the needs fellow athletes like her and former slobs like me with apparent ease on the occasions where I have attempted the more challenging classes. She is also amazing at spotting the smallest of details, even over a video coaching session. The pointers she is able to give on things like adjusting the angle of rotation of a foot even by a tiny amount on an exercise working a seemingly unrelated area is astonishing and I feel in very safe hands. You can always feel the difference after adopting the minor tweaks to form which she suggests. She really listens to her clients, and takes care to advise everyone based on their individual ability, noting any injuries and offering modified exercises for those who need them.
In summary, I would highly recommend giving this company a go, whether or not you see yourself as a 'fitness person'. I don't think anything can or will turn me into a gym lover but pathway2fit is giving me a level of fitness and strength I can be proud of through short, sharp workouts at hours that are convenient for me, for relatively little time investment and at unbelievably good value considering the quality of coaching and the calibre of the coaches (led by a GB sprinter, no less).
