Buyer beware worst company I have ever dealt with. No after sales service rude unprofessional not interested in helping a customer once they have had your money . What happened to good old fashion customer care. Buyer beware and stay away if you don't want to fobbed off and treated like a fool.

I've used Belmont dental chairs and equipment at my clinic for 10 years and am very pleased in general. But, as with all products, things can go wrong. Being an end-user I would not normally approach Belmont directly but when a snagging problem could not be rectified by my dealer, I approached Eugene at Belmont UK who dealt with my issue most professionally. After giving advice on how best to deal with the matter through the dealer (to no avail), Eugene brought a senior engineer, Patrick to diagnose and help rectify the snagging issues. Throughout the visit they provided extensive information and advise and I was so impressed with Patrick's ability to explain maintenance requirements so clearly.
