        I can't speak highly enough of S&Y - we needed to get a full electrical re-wiring and certificates for one of our properties and given the urgency we were doubtful we would manage to get a decent service without paying well over the odds. We couldn't have been more wrong!! On a recommendation from our property agent we booked S & Y and within 48 hours, a really lovely, friendly guy showed up and the job was done brilliantly, without hassle and our property was safe and certified! We have already booked them for our other properties and are recommending them to everyone we know!
