Appleton Sweets

This company (in this case trading under the name of Bulk Wholesale Sweets) has good prices and sweets, however; they doesn't answer either emails or their own 'contact us' page. Neither do they pick up the phone - the line cuts out after 3:00 minutes of ringing time. An order was not delivered by their carrier of choice and returned to the warehouse. I have since tried to find out how to get the order delivered or a refund on my payment but this is impossible when no one answers your enquiries. I suspect making a court claims is my only resort now.

First order from Appleton Sweets; order arrived missing 2 items and had one wrong item; not sure how the order was picked and packed so poorly given it was just over the minimum!? E-mailed support and 4 or 5 days later recieved an updated e-mail refunding us for the missing and wrong items. Can't complain but customer communication could be a lot better.

Wasn't the correct product advertised. Before buying make sure it's the product you are actually after.

Cant fault our experience with Appleton Sweets! Huge range of sweets, some that you cant find elsewhere! Thank you.
