Appleton & Sons Ltd

Bought 50 of sweets, some of which arrived damaged. Multiple emails over several weeks now from me to Appleton (they also go by the name Bulk Wholesale Sweets) have been ignored. I can only recommend avoiding this company regrettably.

Good range of sweets and reasonable price but customer service not good was dispatched no email and tracker didn't work after downloading shop app then pallet turned up on Friday was due Monday and I was not home great

This company have been very poor I ordered some sweets for my daughters birthday party that she had chosen when the order turned up they was things missing I have emailed and called and I dont get a response so I then called the accounts contact and someone answered and told me someone would call me back. Guess what that also never happened so I have emailed again still no response so I will not be giving this company a good review and so people an see how poor this has been every time I try to contact them I will leave another review just so the potential customers an see the service you get.

I don't like leaving negative reviews but in this instance I felt as though I had to write this review. I bought from the website Bulk Wholesale Sweets which I am assuming is also owned by Appleton & Sons because the same contact email address is on both website. I purchased Turkish delight products from them, I run an online business and needed the stock as soon as possible. They delivered on time but unfortunately delivered the wrong products. I understand mistakes happen when packing so I contacted them to resolve this issue. I have now called them around 6 times, emailed twice, messaged them on facebook and put a post on their facebook page and still have had no answer or response. I am at a loss as to what to do with the incorrect Turkish delight products as I cannot sell them. In my perspective if you are going to run an online shop there needs to be someone responding and answering the phone. I really would like this issue to be sorted out so if Appleton's see this review my order number is BWS28810 and I would be grateful if you could get in contact as I have given up trying to contact you.
