        I could have given no star, if there was an option. Really disappointed with the customer service, it was absolutely SHOCKING! I was told my car is ready for collection and when i reached there was told they still got things to get done for my car and its not ready for collection. A week later when I received my car it was in the worst possible condition and on top of that my cars windscreen got smashed while fitting the dash-cam.They replaced it with some cheap windscreen from some local company. Upon chasing them I am 1 week down the line, no response whatsoever despite sending emails and phone calls. Feel like I have been robbed and would never ever recommend anyone to go to this place! Steven Eagell Bedford is very disappointing!

        We have just purchased a secondhand hybrid from Steven Eagell Bedford. As soon as we walked in the showroom we were welcomed and felt relaxed. Nasim Ali was extremely helpful and informative. We didnt quite do the deal on that day and when we returned we had the pleasure in being helped by Shaj Ali who did everything he possibly could to please. Couldnt fault his knowledge and professionalism. And at the end we have a great car. Thank you
